Section 1: A Booking / Enquiry
Situation: an everyday booking or enquiry in which personal details are given and choices are made — some multiple-choice details, a surname to spell (Prescott), a number (41), another name (Fountain), a reference number (752239) and a cost (£65). Section 2: An Informational Talk
Situation: a talk giving facts about a place or development — items to select from a list, a large sum ($250 million), features such as roads, boats / pleasure craft, a pilot and musical instruments, plus short answers.
