Section 1: Student Enrolment
Situation: a student enrolment enquiry — multiple-choice items, a name to spell (Julia Perkins), an address (15 Waratah Road), a city (Brisbane), a note that there is no phone yet, and a course (first year Law). Section 2: Opening a Bank Account (a Talk)
Situation: practical information for international students about opening a bank account — an address (Hope Street), the need for evidence such as a passport, choosing a current / student account and a chequebook, how to withdraw money, taking it directly from the account, needing permission from the bank, and opening hours (until 4.30 pm).
