Section 1: Booking a Family Holiday
Situation: a phone conversation about booking an activity holiday for a family — how the caller heard about the company, the location and accommodation, the activities on offer, and the price and what is included. Situation: a talk introducing a sports and leisure club — its facilities, the rules members must follow, the types of membership, and the benefits members receive.
