Section 1: A Personal Enquiry Call
Situation: a phone conversation in which someone gives and takes down personal details — a number, an address, the day and time of an appointment, and further descriptive details. Question type: form/note completion (Q1–10), ONE WORD AND/OR A NUMBER. পরিস্থিতি: একটি ফোনালাপে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য দেওয়া-নেওয়া — সংখ্যা, ঠিকানা, অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের দিন ও সময়, এবং বর্ণনামূলক বিবরণ। ফর্ম/নোট পূরণ।

Section 2: A Talk about an Event or Place
Situation: a monologue giving information about an event or public place — its features, arrangements and things visitors should know. Section 3: A Student Discussion
Situation: two students discuss a course or research task — reviewing their ideas, matching options, and reaching decisions. Section 4: Theories of Leadership
Situation: a lecture on how leadership has been studied — early "great man" ideas based on achievements and personality, later "situational" theories, and modern views stressing a leader's aspirations, style, development, vision, structures and capacity for innovation.
