Section 1: An Enquiry to a Building Firm
Situation: a customer (Edith) contacts Thorndyke's Builders — her name and address, the best time to contact her, where the workers can park, and the jobs she needs doing (repairs involving glass, a cooker, a fence, and a full quote).
