Section 1: Enquiry About Joining a Youth Council
Situation: a phone call in which an applicant (Roger Brown) is asked for his personal details to join a youth council — where he is staying, his address and postcode, his part-time job, his studies, hobbies and interests, plus a time and phone number. Section 2: A Talk About a Theatre
Situation: a talk giving information about a theatre — its history and features, followed by directions around a ground-floor plan (the box office, theatre manager's office, lighting box and artistic director's office).
