Golden rule of Listening: the recording plays only once and the answers come in order. Before each part, read the questions and predict the type of word needed (name, number, place). Watch for distractors — the speaker often mentions a wrong option first.

Part 1: Bankside Recruitment Agency
Situation: a phone enquiry to a recruitment agency about finding temporary office work. The agent explains the jobs, pay and the registration process. Question type: note completion (Q1–10), ONE WORD AND/OR A NUMBER. পরিস্থিতি: অস্থায়ী অফিস-চাকরির জন্য একটি রিক্রুটমেন্ট এজেন্সিতে ফোন-জিজ্ঞাসা। ধরন: নোট পূরণ, এক শব্দ ও/অথবা সংখ্যা।
