Section 1: Reporting House Repairs
Situation: a call to a housing/agency about repairs needed in a rented house — an address (16 Rose Lane), a date (27 June), and faults such as a broken door, missing locks, a bathroom light and kitchen curtains, plus times a worker can call (between 1 pm and 5 pm). Question types: form / note completion and multiple choice (Q1–10). পরিস্থিতি: ভাড়া বাড়ির মেরামত নিয়ে ফোন — ঠিকানা (16 Rose Lane), তারিখ (27 June), ও সমস্যা: ভাঙা দরজা, তালা নেই, বাথরুমের বাতি, রান্নাঘরের পর্দা; কর্মী আসার সময় (1 pm–5 pm)। ফর্ম পূরণ ও MCQ।

Section 2: A Rainforest Tour
Situation: a talk about a rainforest tour/excursion — a feature to see (a waterfall), a start time (eleven am), a named tour (Spotlight), what to bring (walking boots, socks, long trousers) and dangers to avoid (venomous snakes and certain plants), plus multiple-choice details. Section 4: Driver Safety (a Survey Talk)
Situation: a talk reporting a survey on driver safety and "road rage" — multiple-choice details, then a set of advice items (avoid eye contact, tell someone your arrival time, keep doors locked) that must be matched to who gave them: mainly women (A), mainly men (B) or both (C).
