Section 1: Buying a Gift & Finding Places
Situation: an everyday conversation about buying a present and finding places — a price/amount (4.25), a number (46), and directions matching places to letters on a plan (a State Bank, a Library, a Garage). Gift ideas include a box of chocolates, a soft toy or teddy bear, and where to buy them (at the market), plus a cost ($35). Question types: multiple choice / matching and note completion (Q1–10). পরিস্থিতি: উপহার কেনা ও স্থান খোঁজা নিয়ে কথোপকথন — দাম (4.25), সংখ্যা (46), এবং প্ল্যানে স্থান-লেবেল মেলানো (State Bank, Library, Garage)। উপহার: chocolates, soft toy/teddy bear, কোথায় (market), দাম ($35)। MCQ/ম্যাচিং ও নোট পূরণ।

Section 2: A Product Review
Situation: a monologue reviewing gadgets and their features — a glass part, battery life (18 hours), a strange taste, the small size, a metal finish, best for outdoor activities, whether it works underwater, a weak light and a flashing light. Section 3: Feedback on a Dissertation Draft
Situation: a tutor gives a student feedback on a written draft — a topic choice (a hospital), which part stood out (the middle section), whether things were difficult to do, whether to remove completely or rewrite sections, a recommended book (Sight and Sound), seeing a Support Tutor, doing the proof reading, and a deadline (the computer centre closes on 10 July).
