Section 1: Homestay Accommodation
Situation: a conversation arranging homestay accommodation for a language student — the host's address, meal times, how long the stay is, the student's level (intermediate), the room's location, dietary needs (vegetarian), a garden, being the only guest, a price and a start date. Section 2: Information About a Sports Club
Situation: a monologue about a sports/social club — its clubhouse, a picnic, prizes, numbers of teams and members, the days activities run (Wednesday and Sunday afternoons), and the volunteer roles helpers can take (collecting fees, sending out the newsletter, supervising teams).
