Section 1: Opening a Bank Account
Situation: a conversation between a bank clerk and a customer, Pieter Henes, who is opening a current account — the type of account, his date of birth, his address (15 Riverside), how long he has lived there, a phone number, his occupation (engineer), how often statements are sent, the opening sum, and a service (internet banking). Section 2: Directions Around a Country Park
Situation: a monologue describing an outdoor area — you first match features to places on a map or plan (Q11–15), choose two correct statements (Q16–17), then label points such as a field, a footbridge and a viewpoint (Q18–20).
