Section 1: A Job Enquiry
Situation: a phone conversation about a job (a telephone-based post) — the applicant's details, the address of the workplace, the hours, and the qualities needed (a clear voice, the ability to think quickly). Question type: note/form completion (Q1–10). পরিস্থিতি: একটি চাকরি (ফোনভিত্তিক পদ) নিয়ে ফোনালাপ — প্রার্থীর তথ্য, কর্মস্থলের ঠিকানা, সময় ও প্রয়োজনীয় গুণ (স্পষ্ট কণ্ঠ, দ্রুত ভাবা)। নোট/ফর্ম পূরণ।

Section 2: Information about a Store
Situation: a monologue giving information about a store or shopping development — its branches, layout, the departments (such as clothing), opening details, and other facts. Question types: note completion (Q11–16) and multiple choice / multiple answer (Q17–20). পরিস্থিতি: একটি দোকান/শপিং উন্নয়ন নিয়ে তথ্যমূলক একক বক্তৃতা — শাখা, বিন্যাস, বিভাগ (যেমন পোশাক), খোলার তথ্য ইত্যাদি। নোট পূরণ ও MCQ।
