Don't memorise. These are ideas and language to practise with — not a script. Examiners easily spot memorised answers. Speak naturally about your own life.

Two golden habits: Part 1 — Answer + Reason + Example; Part 3 — Point → Explain → Example.

Part 1: Health

Part 1 asks simple, familiar questions (4–5 minutes). The topic is health — what you do to stay healthy, whether you pay attention to healthy eating, whether you did sport as a child, and whether there is any sport you would like to try.

Model approach (মডেল পদ্ধতি)

Give a direct answer, then a reason and a detail. For "what do you do to keep healthy?", mention one or two habits (walking, home-cooked food), say why they help, and add a personal detail. Keep answers two to three sentences — don't over-talk in Part 1.

Useful openers: "I try to stay active by…", "I'm quite careful about what I eat because…", "As a child I used to…"

Part 2: Describe an occasion when you had to wait a long time for someone or something to arrive

You get a cue card, one minute to prepare, then speak for 1–2 minutes. The card asks: who or what you waited for, how long you waited, why you had to wait a long time, and to explain how you felt while you were waiting.

Planning in 1 minute (নোট কাঠামো)

1
Who/what

what you waited for কী

2
How long

duration কতক্ষণ

3
Why

the reason কেন

4
Feelings

how you felt অনুভূতি

A delayed flight, a late friend, a slow train, or a hospital appointment all work well. Use past tenses and time markers (eventually, after about two hours, meanwhile) and describe your changing feelings — from patience to frustration to relief.

Part 3: Arriving Early; Being Patient

Part 3 is a two-way discussion linked to Part 2 (4–5 minutes). The themes are arriving early (whether it is important to be on time, why some people are always late, whether punctuality matters more in some situations than others) and being patient (whether people are more or less patient than in the past, in what situations patience is needed, whether patience can be learned).

How to develop answers

Use P-E-E: Point, Explain, Example. For "why are some people always late?", give your point (poor time management), explain the cause, then an example. For comparison questions use whereas / compared with the past, and show both sides before concluding.
