How to Use This Companion (এই গাইড কীভাবে ব্যবহার করবেন)
A study companion for the Cambridge IELTS 6, Test 3, Speaking topics. Speaking has no fixed "answers", so this page gives the topic of each part, an original model approach, and useful phrases and vocabulary — all in our own words.

Part 1: Traffic Where You Live
Part 1 asks simple, familiar questions (4–5 minutes). The topic is traffic where you live — how most people travel to work, what traffic problems there are in your area, how those problems affect you, and how you would reduce them. Part 1-এ পরিচিত সহজ প্রশ্ন। বিষয় আপনার এলাকার যানজট — বেশির ভাগ মানুষ কীভাবে কাজে যায়, কী যানজট সমস্যা আছে, তা আপনাকে কীভাবে প্রভাবিত করে, কীভাবে কমাবেন।
Model approach (মডেল পদ্ধতি)
Give a direct answer, then a reason and a small detail. Several prompts ask "why", so always add a reason. Keep answers to two or three sentences. উত্তর + কারণ + উদাহরণ। "কেন" যোগ করুন; ২–৩ বাক্য।
Useful openers: "Most people here get to work by…", "The biggest problem is congestion during rush hour…", "If I could change one thing, I'd…"

Part 2: Describe a Game or Sport You Enjoy Playing
You get a cue card, one minute to prepare, then speak for 1–2 minutes. The card asks: what kind of game or sport it is, who you play it with, where you play it, and to explain why you enjoy playing it. কিউ কার্ড, ১ মিনিট প্রস্তুতি, ১–২ মিনিট। বলুন এটি কী ধরনের খেলা, কার সঙ্গে খেলেন, কোথায় খেলেন, এবং কেন খেলতে উপভোগ করেন।

Choose a real game or sport — cricket, football, badminton, chess or a video game — and describe how it is played, who you play with, where, and the fun, exercise or friendship it gives you. Use present tenses with a past example. সত্যিকার খেলা বাছুন (ক্রিকেট, ফুটবল, ব্যাডমিন্টন, দাবা); কীভাবে খেলা হয়, কার সঙ্গে, কোথায়, ও কী মজা/উপকার দেয়। বর্তমান কালে বলুন।
Part 3: Children's Games & Competition
Part 3 is a two-way discussion linked to Part 2 (4–5 minutes). The themes are children's games (how games have changed since you were a child, whether that change is positive, and why children like games) and games and competition (whether competitive games are good or bad for children, how games can unite people, and why competition is valued in today's society). Part 3: শিশুদের খেলা ও প্রতিযোগিতা।
How to develop answers (উত্তর কীভাবে বাড়াবেন)
Use P-E-E: Point, Explain, Example. For "are competitive games good or bad for children?", give a point, explain why, then an example. Show both sides and hedge (it depends…, generally) for opinion questions. P-E-E: মত, ব্যাখ্যা, উদাহরণ; দুই দিক ও hedging।
