3. Yes. In rainy day i feel sad and i cancel my plan, but in sunny day i feel happy.

Band 9 ~2 minutes
The place I’d like to describe is Jaflong, a beautiful spot on the border between Bangladesh and India, not far from my home town of Sylhet.
I try to go there whenever I can, usually two or three times a year, most often when relatives come to visit and I want to show them somewhere special.
Jaflong sits at the foot of the hills, where a crystal-clear river flows down carrying smooth, colourful stones. When I’m there, I love to sit by the water with my feet in the cool river, watch the workers collecting stones from the riverbed, and take in the view of the green hills on the Indian side. If the weather is good, we usually have a picnic and take plenty of photographs.
The main reason I enjoy visiting is the sense of peace it gives me. My daily life in the city is noisy and fast, so escaping to somewhere so quiet and natural is incredibly refreshing — it feels like pressing a reset button. On top of that, the scenery is genuinely breathtaking, especially in the monsoon when the hills are at their greenest.
So, all in all, Jaflong is my favourite place to visit. It combines natural beauty with a real sense of calm, and I always come home feeling recharged.
Band 7 ~1.5–2 minutes

Band 9
1. There are many reasons. Most obviously, people travel to relax and escape their routine, but I think the deeper appeal is the chance to experience different cultures and ways of life first-hand, which broadens the mind in a way that reading simply can’t.
2. The biggest benefit is economic. Tourism creates a huge number of jobs — in hotels, restaurants and transport — and brings foreign money into the country. It can also encourage governments to protect historic sites, since these attract visitors.
3. Unfortunately, yes. Large numbers of tourists can damage the environment and put pressure on local resources like water. There’s also the risk that popular places lose their authentic character and become overly commercialised.
4. On balance, I think people will travel more, because flights are becoming cheaper and the world is more connected than ever. However, growing concern about the environment might push some people to travel closer to home.
5. Both have their merits. Travelling with others is more sociable and often safer, whereas travelling alone gives you complete freedom and can be a real confidence-builder. Personally, I’d choose a mix of the two.
